Completion time is dependent on insurance approval, parts availability, and the extent of the repairs. We will provide you with an estimated start date and completion date. We respect your time and provide you with an accurate estimate for completion; however these dates should be used as a reference point. We will never compromise the safety and quality of the repair to meet a projected deadline.

I’ve received a few estimates for my repair. Why is the pricing so different on each? ...

Differences in estimates are very common among body shops. A lower estimate may not include all of the necessary work to repair your vehicle. If you are not sure about the estimate you have received from another shop, let us know and we will explain the differences.

Your deductible is determined by your insurance policy. Deductible payments should be made to Empire Auto Experts. If another party’s insurance company is paying for your repairs, you are not subject to a deductible.

If my vehicle’s frame is damaged is it a total loss? ...
